Every piece created at The Flourishing Nib begins the moment your order is placed. Calligraphy isn’t mass‑produced — it’s slow, deliberate work, shaped by careful strokes, chosen inks, and materials prepared specifically for your commission.

Because each item is made to order and tailored uniquely to you, it cannot be resold or repurposed once the process has begun. For this reason, refunds and cancellations aren’t available for handmade or personalised calligraphy pieces.

This policy protects the time, materials, and artistry invested in your order. If you’d like guidance before purchasing — whether it’s choosing colours, wording, or style — you’re always welcome to reach out. I want every piece to feel just right for you.

For Photographic Image Purchases -

Images are original and created in house, therefore are clearance free, on a global basis,  for non-exclusive use in film, TV, theatre, photography, interiors and any other visual productions. Copyright of all images is owned by Lensograph.​ Image files are licenced for single use only as per the set reference listed on the contract. If you have any questions or doubts, please seek your own legal advise.
